- Click on “Trusted Locations”:

Hello,
I have a strange behaviour. Workspace smart view on Office 2016 x64, it’s resetting every 3 seconds. I open the document, and when he’s loading the document to Excel, it shows loading, then it opens a blue square, and appears loading again several times until I close Excel… Do you have any ideia what could be?
Hello Vasco,
You can try to reinstall Smart View with a cleaning phase.
1 / Uninstall Smart View,
2 / Delete the directory C: \ Oracle \ SmartView,
3 / Check that Smart View no longer appears in Excel,
4 / Restart the station,
5 / Reinstall Smart View by launching the installer as administrator.
Kind regards,
Nguyen
May i know the right smart view version for Ms excel version 2016*64 bit? Whenever i refresh the smart view enabled worksheet it gets closed automatically.
Hi,
You will find the last Smart View release here (11.1.2.5_910):
https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/epm-smart-view-downloads.html
Ensure to uninstall the previous version first.
And install “as administrator”
